Registration
ONLINE REGISTRATION
All students must complete Online Registration each year. Online Registration is open for the 25-26 school year.
Beginning school year 2025-2026, all incoming kindergarten students will have to be five years old on or before August 1.
Families who have students currently attending the WCSD and have an incoming kindergarten or a new student, please use your parent portal account to complete online registration.
Families who have an incoming kindergarten or a new student, and DO NOT have another student currently attending the WCSD please complete online registration by using "register for school" under the parents/students tab in the WCSD website.
Kindergarten students or new students will be considered registered when the following steps have been completed.
- Parent/guardian completes online registration
- Parent/guardian provides the following documents to their zoned school.
- The students' original birth certificate
- The student’s current immunization record from a health care provider
- Proof of residence showing parent name and address

Todos los estudiantes deben completar el registro en línea cada año. La inscripción en línea está abierta para el año escolar 25-26.
A partir del año escolar 2025-2026, todos los estudiantes de Kinder que ingresen deberán tener cinco años antes de Agosto 1.
Las familias que tienen estudiantes que actualmente asisten al WCSD y tienen un ingreso al Kinder o un estudiante nuevo, utilice su cuenta del portal para padres para completar el registro en línea.
Las familias que tienen un estudiante nuevo o un estudiante que ingresa al Kinder y NO tienen otro estudiante que actualmente asiste al WCSD, completen el registro en línea usando "registrarse para la escuela" bajo padres/estudiantes.
Los estudiantes de Kinder o estudiantes nuevos se considerarán registrados cuando se hayan completado los siguientes pasos.
- El padre/tutor completa el registro en línea
- El padre/tutor proporciona los siguientes documentos a su escuela zonal.
- Acta de nacimiento original del estudiante
- El registro de vacunación actual de los estudiantes de un proveedor de atención médica
- Prueba de residencia que muestre el nombre y la dirección de los padres
